We're Local to STV — This Is Our Backyard
San Tan Valley Is Booming — And We Know It
San Tan Valley added tens of thousands of residents in the last decade and it's not slowing down. Subdivisions, rural homesteads, manufactured homes on acreage — the full spectrum of residential development is happening in STV right now. We've been doing dirt work here long enough to know the terrain, the soil, the flood zones, and the permit landscape.
Our base of operations is the Queen Creek / San Tan Valley area. That means we're not driving 45 minutes to your job — we're your neighbor. Same day site visits are actually possible. That matters when you're trying to move fast on a build.
Big Lots & Raw Land — We're Set Up for It
A lot of the work in San Tan Valley is different from Gilbert or Chandler. You've got larger parcels, more rural access, properties that haven't been touched in decades, and homeowners who want a shop, a barndominium, a pool, or an RV pad on ground that needs serious prep before any of that happens.
We handle big clearing jobs and multi-acre grading projects. We're not set up like a crew that does one 6,000 sq ft pool dig per day — we've got the equipment and experience to handle the scope that STV lots require. If you've got 2 acres that need clearing and a pad built, call us.
Drainage Is Non-Negotiable in San Tan Valley
A lot of San Tan Valley sits in natural floodplain and low-lying terrain. During monsoon, water moves fast and it moves a lot of it. Properties that weren't engineered correctly for drainage end up with flooded yards, washed-out driveways, and in bad cases, water in the structure.
We do drainage right. That means actually understanding how water flows across your specific property, building the swales and retention areas it needs, and grading the lot so water leaves instead of collecting. It's not glamorous work, but it's the most important site work on any rural or semi-rural property in STV.
Manufactured Homes & ADUs — Pad Prep Done Right
San Tan Valley has a significant number of manufactured home installations, and pad prep for a manufactured home is different from a site-built foundation — the clearances, the grades, the compaction requirements all matter and have to be right for the install to go smoothly. We've prepped manufactured home pads and know what the installers need before they show up.
